Prof.Pal has reported the first isolation of Candida albicans from mastitic milk,and Trichophyton verrucosum in dermatitis of camel in Ethiopia. Prof. Pal launched the Ph.D. programme for first time in Veterinary Public Health at Addis Ababa University, Ethiopia and also at College of Veterinary Science, Anand, Gujarat, India. His biography is published in World’s Who and Who. Prof. Pal is recipient of many award including “Distinguished Teacher Award”, “Jawaharlal Nehru Award”, “International Achievement Award”, and “ Life Time Achievement Award”. Dr. Menaa has over than 15 years experiences in academic institutions and more than 10 years in (bio)pharmaceutical industries such as Guerbet SA, SANOFI, Fluorotronics, Inc. Polyglot, he is experienced as Professor, Principal Investigator, Executive Director, Healthcare, Consulting for companies such as Exiquon and Novartis, Supervisor/Group leader, Thesis Evaluator, Advisor, Editor, Editor-in-Chief, Reviewer, Event organizer, Speaker, Chairman, Moderator, Scientific collaborator, Entrepreneur, Member of various medical and scientific associations. In 2009, Dr. Menaa was promoted to Chief Scientific Officer and R&D&I Executive Vice-President for Fluorotronics, Inc, CA, USA, a leading company in Fluorine Chemistry. He co-developed and applied an innovative green technology called “SpectroFluor™” to Nanomedicine, Oncology, Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences. In 2013, he successfully organized the “Target Meeting´s 1st World Nanomedicine and Nanobiotechnology Online Conference” (http://www.targetmeeting.com; 2013).

Dr. Badrinarayan Mishra, is presently working as a senior professor in community medicine, ‘member academic council’ and member research advisory committee at Ruxmaniben Deepchand Gardi Medical College, Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh, India. He graduated in ’medicine’ (1988) and did his post graduation in ‘preventive and social medicine’(1998) from the prestigious Shri Ramachandra Bhanj Medical College, Odisha(Orissa) state in India. During his service carrier he has shouldered many responsibilities like serving as director for ‘centre for social medicine’, ‘scientific advisory board member’ for ‘Pravara Medical review’, ‘member of academic council’ and ‘member of board of studies for Community medicine and allied subjects’ at Pravara Institute of Medical Sciences, Deemed university, Loni, Maharashtra, India. Presently he is associated as editorial board member, with over a nineteen top notched indexed journals with international credibility like IJPSM, Studies on Ethno-medicine, Open Journal of Preventive Medicine (OJPM), JoARMST, Nutrition & Food Sciences, American Journal of Health Research(AJHR) and International journal of student research(IJSR), Advances in Nutrition & Food Science, and a couple of SciFed journals, to name a few. 1. Prof. Dr. Ali Meawad Ahmed has a bachelor degree in Veterinary Science from Cairo University, 1989 “Ranked first on his group”. He completed his Ph.D. in Food Hygiene from Suez Canal University with cooperation of Virginia Polytechnic & State University, USA (Egyptian Research Long-Term Scholarship “Channel-System”). He was promoted to professor of Food Hygiene in Suez Canal University on June 2007. He was a chief of Food Hygiene Department from 2009 up to now. He was a Vice Dean of Faculty of Veterinary Medicine for Environmental Affairs and Community Services from 2011 to 2016. He was a Vice Dean of Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, for Post-Graduate Studies and Researches from 2016 to 2017. His research interest: food safety, meat inspection, meat hygiene, meat microbiology, fish hygiene, and poultry hygiene. He was published 88 scientific papers in local and international journals in the filed of food Safety. He supervised 32 Masters Degree and 5 Ph.D. students. He won the Scientific Excellence Award of Suez Canal University in 2015.

Professor Farouk El-Sabban is US scientist who joined the College of Life Sciences (formerly known as College for Women), Kuwait University, since September 2003. Dr. El-Sabban established the Department of Family Sciences (currently is known as Food Science and Nutrition) – the only entity that grants the B.Sc. degree in Food Science and in Nutrition in Kuwait. Prior to joining Kuwait University, he held the position of Senior Staff Scientist for science and medicine at the American Heart Association, Dallas, Texas, USA. Dr. El-Sabban earned his B.Sc. degree from the Faculty of Agriculture, Cairo University, Cairo, Egypt, in 1963 and earned his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in nutritional science at the Pennsylvania State University, Pennsylvania, USA, in 1968 and 1970 - respectively. His experience in academia is vast and includes several countries: Egypt, Saudi Arabia, United States of America, United Arab Emirates, Malaysia and Kuwait. Dr. El-Sabban has published many scientific articles, presented research papers in conferences, a member of editorial boards and a reviewer for many scientific journals, and has extensive professional affiliations. He is a seasoned educator who plays a significant role in the academic, personal and professional development of his students. Additionally, Dr. El-Sabban has a vast experience in academic administration.

Dr. Yasin Özdemir has been researcher 2007?present in the Department of Food Technologies, Ataturk Central Horticultural Research Institute Yalova/Turkey. He was also an auditor of 'Food Safety and Standards’ 2004?2007 in the Yalova Agriculture Ministry Office, Turkey. He has 1.st National Olive Oscar Award for his innovative olive technology research project at 2015 and 3 worthy to be exhibited awards (2015/2016/2017) at International Food Re & De Project Market.

His research program involves: eco-friendly food technology, table olive technology, new fruit and vegetable selectin works for final step of breeding project, new food technologies, olive oil, food safety, functional foods and probiotic foods.

Md Monoarul Haque was born in Dhaka, Bangladesh. He qualified in Bachelor of Physiotherapy 2004 with excellent marks. In 2012 he passed MPhil in Community Nutrition from Bangladesh Institute of Health Sciences, under Faculty of Preventive & Social Medicine, Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University colloraboration with University of Oslo, Norway with remarkable marks. Presently he is doing his PhD under Faculty of Medical Studies in Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP). He got NOMA Grant from University of Oslo, Norway for research. Besides he got one year teaching & research fellowship Funded by USAID Developing Next Generation of Public Health Experts Project (NGPHEP). He is a member of Geneva Foundation for Medical Education and Research. He has number of publications in International Open Access peer reviewed index journals. As a young scientist he is expert on editorial writing also and already lot of editorial has been published. Previously he worked as teaching & research fellow, Faculty of Public Health, Bangladesh University of Health Sciences (BUHS).
